The Year-End-Report reveals our continued commitment to our students in the arts.

Welcomed 6 student representatives

Hired a media specialist to handle design needs and online presence

Edited and revised organization bylaws

Maintained a 9-member board

Provided ticket sales and concessions at Summerfest variety show

Streamed band and choir concerts on YouTube

Expanded organization system for theater costumes/props

Provided 7 arts’ scholarships to International Music Camp and other local camps

Funded two hotel rooms for Junior High All-State Band

Funded 4 hotel rooms for UND honor band

Secured ND community endowment grant for summer marching band

Organized yard signs for state band, choir and speech

Purchased 30 table-top easels for visual art displays in media center

Provided ice cream floats and desserts at Spring Fine Arts Awards event

Provided awards and notebooks for CC sponsored speech tournament

Sold concessions at CC speech tournament

Purchased 8 full-length mirrors for extra dressing room mirrors

Utilized Sign-Up Genius to recruit volunteers and concession donations

Funded theater set storage in back of stage (shelves/cart)
